A 3-year, 5 million-kilometer quality verification journey has officially begun!

On November 19th, "Copton China Tour - 5,000,000 Kilometer Verification, Copton Full Oil Fluid Driving Test" was officially launched at Copton Huangdao Industrial Park. The vehicle delivery ceremony was grandly held in a solemn and enthusiastic atmosphere. 25 brand-new test vehicles were neatly lined up, ready to go.

Comprehensive verification of product performance

This driving test was jointly conducted by Copton and Orenne. Orenne is a global leading producer of lubricant additives and is also one of Copton's global partners, possessing strong production and research and development capabilities. Over the next three years, 25 test vehicles will cover all typical terrains and road conditions across the country, ranging from the icy and snowy regions in the north to the hot and humid areas in the south, from the highlands and mountains in the west to the coastal areas in the east. They will operate around the clock and at full capacity, with a total mileage of 5 million kilometers, equivalent to circling the Earth's equator 125 times.

Oil tracking, multiple sampling

To ensure the scientificity and authority of the test, Copton has formulated a systematic data collection plan. After the test vehicles arrived at the factory, all of them were fully equipped with Copton's entire series of oil products, including engine oil, transmission oil, rear axle oil, and antifreeze.

Throughout the entire test process, the vehicles will regularly collect data, collect oil samples, and conduct detection and analysis to monitor the changes in the oil indicators, and strictly follow the recommended oil change cycle for maintenance, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the test data. The collected oil samples will be professionally analyzed by the Copton Testing Center and the Orlenne Testing Center. By systematically collecting performance data of the oil under different operating conditions, we aim to provide strong support for product performance and future optimization and upgrading.

After the three-year test period is completed, we will select two of the most representative test vehicles and, with the technical support of Orlenne, conduct disassembly evaluations. Through the wear conditions of key components such as the engine, we will directly verify the protective performance of Copton lubricants.

Amidst enthusiastic applause, the car keys symbolizing responsibility and trust were handed over one by one to the representatives of 25 dealerships. This moment was not just the transfer of keys, but also the transmission of quality trust. Subsequently, General Manager Zhu Lei of Copton, together with Lu Jiandong, the key account manager of Orenne, and the representatives of the dealerships, lit the first destination of the 25 test vehicles.

As the starting signal was given, 25 test vehicles drove out of the gate of Huangdao Industrial Park one after another, forming a long line that was magnificent in scale. These vehicles will travel to various parts of the country and will be running in every corner of China in the next three years, using their wheels to measure quality and verifying performance through mileage.
